Cookie Policy
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This page lists the ones Follower Hub uses, what each is for, and how to switch them off. We do not sell cookie data to anyone.
1. Cookies we need to work
These cannot be turned off from within the site. Without them you cannot sign in or place an order.
- follower_hub_session — keeps you signed in as you move between pages, and carries your selected display currency and any one-off message such as "order placed". It contains a random identifier, not your details.
- XSRF-TOKEN — a security token proving a form was submitted from our site. It is what stops another website from making your browser place an order or move your balance without you knowing.
- remember_web_… — set only when you tick Remember me at sign-in. It keeps you signed in for a year on that device. Sign out and it is deleted immediately.
2. Analytics
If the site owner has enabled them in the admin panel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or the Meta Pixel may set their own cookies to count visits and see which pages and services people look at. They tell us how many people did something, not who you are, and we never upload your name, email or order history to them.
These are not essential. Blocking them costs you nothing on this site.
3. Cookies other companies set
Some parts of the site hand you over to another company, and that company sets its own cookies under its own policy, not ours:
- bKash, Nagad and SSLCommerz — while you are on their payment page. This is also why we never see your card number or PIN.
- Google — if you use "Continue with Google" to sign in.
We cannot read those cookies, and they cannot read ours.
4. What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent cookie data.
- We do not run advertising networks that follow you around other websites.
- We do not use cookies to build a profile of you beyond running your account.
5. Controlling cookies
Every browser lets you view, block and delete cookies — usually under Settings ▸ Privacy. You can block ours specifically or all of them. Be aware that blocking the essential cookies above means sign-in will not work: the site will send you back to the login page every time, because there is nothing left to remember you by.
Deleting cookies signs you out and clears your currency choice. Nothing in your account — balance, orders, tickets — is affected, because that lives in your account, not in the cookie.
6. Changes
If we add or remove a cookie, this page changes with it. The date at the top of the page is when it was last revised.
